"Finding physiotherapists in Germany is not very easy. There are various reasons why the search is difficult. Salary, mobility, work-life balance, low unemployment are very important examples. I got to know Armin during this phase. His idea and his actions so far have completely convinced me of the project to bring skilled workers from Kenya to Germany. Thanks to the energy in the pilot group, especially the regular dialogue via video calls, there was never any doubt that the first employees would eventually find their way to Heroldsberg.

As already mentioned, my regular contact with the pilot group and above all the dialogue with Mr. Armin Rupp was the decisive reason why I always believed in the project. The feeling of getting something new off the ground was more important than the feeling of security. I am convinced that with time, more routine will develop and ultimately the relevant authorities will cooperate better than before.

I was very positively surprised by the candidates from Kenya. A first very well-groomed impression, very good English and a very eloquent manner of expression left no doubt that I had made the right decision in favour of the Kenyan employees. I was also really impressed by their way of working and their German language skills.

I can only report positive things so far. Of course, a considerable investment is necessary, but the experience so far justifies it 100%. However, everyone must be aware that integration requires energy and time. ABC also offers very good opportunities and starting points for successful integration."
