• Official company foundation certificate.​

             You cannot do business without an official company. 

• Tax number for the company

       No state will allow business to be conducted without paying taxes.

• an official license for global recruiting

• an official insurance policy 

 2. Business model in Germany

• Official company with tax number

• Contract or corporate link between the recruiter abroad and the German representative. 

• Company incorporation papers and tax numbers.
